Acting in our capacity as their sole representative in the UK, detailed below are just some of matters we have been involved in to date on their behalf:

  • The surrender and regear of commercial garage premises in London W8 which resulted in a new 15 year lease being granted and a rental increase of 22%.
  • The purchase of the long leasehold interest of residential premises in Notting Hill which was subsequently re-sold at a profit.
  • The successful negotiation of a number of retail rent reviews within the portfolio including Havant (16% Rental Increase), Weybridge (27% Rental Increase) and Billericay (29% Rental Increase).
