Hordern Ryan were appointed by Credit Suisse Asset Management to look at the redevelopment potential of a 35,000 sq ft, mixed-use development in the heart of St James’s in Central London.
Following a detailed appraisal, we were tasked with the role of entering into negotiations with all of the tenants with a view to securing vacant possession and renegotiating short term agreements to enable a comprehensive redevelopment of the site.
This was successfully achieved along with full detailed planning consent enabling comprehensive redevelopment to take place.
