Through our Portfolio Management service, we recognise the importance of good management and the role it plays in enhancing the performance of our clients’ portfolios. Good property management is about getting the basics right. There is arguably very little value in a portfolio, or indeed a management service if the rent is not collected on time and /or the property is allowed to deteriorate.
What we offer in terms of portfolio management goes way beyond the basics, but not without making sure that the basics have already been covered. We provide a professional and high quality service to all our clients and their occupiers through regular contact. We make sure our clients are constantly advised of any relevant activity relating to their portfolio, and whether this involves improvement works to the building structure / common parts, tenant disputes or other opportunities / threats.
With the shortening of leases and tenants demanding more flexibility, churn is becoming more of an issue for many property owners and this is only exacerbated without the right management.
